The state of Indiana has established a Professional Liability insurance pool called the Indiana Patient Compensation Fund (INPCF) for Indiana licensed healthcare providers. As your insurance administrator, we will enroll you and/or your employees in the INPCF. This basic coverage would protect you against Professional Liability suits up to the point where the fund takes over. (A surcharge is added to the premium for inclusion in the fund.)
